Tips to increase concentration in children: A challenging task

While dealing with children it is very important and a challenging task for the parents to increase concentration in their children. As without concentration a child takes too much time to understand and learn his/her course material. Here are some ways which can help your child in increasing the concentration level.

Tip1:Fix the time of studies

The time and duration of study should be fixed. So that the child should know that this is not an ever ending process. After studying for an hour or two the child should be free to play and do the things he/she wants to do.

Tip 2: Reduce the number of diversions

In today's world children are exposed to a number of diversions like television, mobile games, social media, music, etc. These distractions have the enough power to distract your child, so make sure that  you and your child are not engaged in such activities while studying.

Tip 3: Set smaller goals

While studying set smaller goals for children to complete their work. This will encourage them to work with full concentration to complete their task within time.

Tip  4: Reward your child

On the successful completion of their task reward your child with small gifts. Such behaviour will encourage them to accomplish all the goals set by you with full concentration and efforts, which will gradually turn into their habit.

Tip 5: Allow them to have enough rest

Taking enough rest and break from studies is also very important. As to relax brain is also an essential task. Having sufficient and sound sleep in the night and a short nap during day time has a lot of importance in increasing concentration.
